The Heneghan family not only operate as general contractors but also own and manage multiple specialty contractor outfits that operate in Fairfield, New Haven and Westchester Counties. Francis J. Heneghan found a niche market in roofing and rain gutters in 2003 and CT GUTTER® was born. CT GUTTER® quickly gained a following and remains the most prominent premium seamless rain gutter outfit in CT. The Heneghans have also become trailblazers in the stormwater management system realm. CT Stormwater Authority LLC specializes in inspection, design, install and maintenance of stormwater systems. The Heneghan family established a unique relationship with CULTEC, Inc., the founders of plastic stormwater technology, and remain the only “CULTEC Certified Installer” and “CULTEC Certified Maintenance Providers” in the country. The third specialty brand the Heneghans operate is “CT Claim Contractor” which is a highly specialized insurance claim management solution for homeowners who want to maximize their claim benefits. The company manages the entire claim process, from initial meetings with insurance field adjuster(s), to generating a detailed estimate using Xactimate and then completing all of the reconstruction necessary to bring the property back together better than pre-claim condition.
