His experience spans historic slate and copper structures, large commercial buildings, and high-end residential estates throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. As a certified HAAG Engineering Roof Inspector with credentials in residential roofing, commercial roofing, and wind damage, Frank specializes in identifying failure points where roof systems interact with gutters, drainage, and stormwater infrastructure.

Stacy Heneghan leads CT Gutter and plays a key role within CT Stormwater Authority, focusing on drainage solutions, stormwater mitigation, and environmentally responsible water control systems. Her hands-on experience in custom gutter installations, roof runoff management, catch basins, and drainage integration ensures that water is properly captured, redirected, and discharged away from foundations and living spaces.

Together, Frank and Stacy Heneghan combine technical expertise with a system-based approach to water management and mitigation.
